I loved growing up in the 80's, and was always so fascinated by the wild and zany artwork on the Trapper Keepers of the era. It was airbrush chromed geometrical shapes, orbs, neon grids, neon glow, and just wild animal prints combined with color rich landscapes. The Trapper Keeper was designed by E. Bryant Crutchfield, who later worked for the Meade Paper Company. Many artists were contracted to make art for the new "Designer Series" which launched in 1988 with loads of fresh chrome and space fantasy art. A lot of my art is an homage to his unique artistic style.
