The Singularity

Many inspirations came into play for this piece’s creation. Heavily inspired by the 1927 silent film, “Metropolis,” the futuristic superrealism of Hajime Sorayama. Also, influenced by modern A.I. bots, and the android like personas now dominating the market and world. This piece is also heavily influenced by Synthwave artistic visionary, James White, aka, SignalNoise as an homage to one of his early works. I’ve drawn so much inspiration from all these influences, but White’s aesthetic on 80’s pop culture, and bringing that style into modern age had GREATLY impacted my body of work. So thanks to all those who’ve come before me, inspiring and helping me push my own boundaries in what art can be. This piece was drawn from scratch on my Twitch stream over a span of two weeks.
